Walker was a born in 1976 at Philadelphia Pennsylvania, United States of America. She is of African American background, and an American. She is the daughter of Harvey Welker, a Native American father, as well as Julie Welker, an African American mother. She is the mother of an agent for real estate, and her father holds a degree in engineering. Walker attended Germantown Friends School, which is part of the Germantown Friends School in Philadelphia's Germantown and graduated with a diploma in 1994. Following her graduation at Harvard College in 1998, she enrolled at Harvard College and earned her bachelor of Arts. Welker is engaged to John Hughes a well-known marketing director for Merck at Philadelphia and has two kids. The couple started to have an affair. John her husband, is four years her junior. Due to their relationship being so well-established, they decided to move on to the next level. The month of March 2017 was when they tied the knot. The wedding was held within Philadelphia Pennsylvania. The wedding was held in The Hyatt located in the city of Philadelphia. The wedding was only attended by closest relatives and friends were invited. The event was attended by approximately 300 people.
